Wow, I just realized how long it's been since I've posted an actual blog about straight up mindfulness or meditation! This reminded me that I had shot a video waaaaaay back in October before all of the Center's rebranding started happening and I felt like it is time to share.
Below you will find a very quick 6ish minute guided meditation for relaxation that uses the natural sounds of the beach to help relax you and release all of your tensions and stress. I plan on doing more of these periodically so let me know what you think. :)
I suggest that you set aside about 6 minutes of your day where you can sit still and allow yourself to relax. Research shows that roughly 8 minutes of focusing on sitting still is all you need. Here's 6 to start. Feel free to visit it as often as you need. It'll be here for you.
