We are hardwired to connect with others, it’s what gives purpose and meaning to our lives, and without it there is suffering.

About Our Center

At the intersection of psychotherapy, spirituality, and coaching is the magical space in which I help individuals, couples, and families transform their relationships.

What if you learned the ability to say what you mean, mean what you say, and not say it mean?

What if you allowed yourself to show up and be seen?

What if you could experience relationships beyond your wildest dreams?

The Center for Soulful Relationships is a relationship wellness center dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families in Silicon Valley feel loved and connected in their lives and their relationships.

When your relationships don’t give you a sense of love and belonging, you can start to feel isolated and alone.

In your isolation, feelings of low self-worth and low self-esteem can start to trigger every story you might have about your ability to be loved.

When this happens, you can start to lose a sense of meaning and connection in your relationships and your life. Your work begins to suffer, your relationships suffer, your health suffers, your life suffers.

At the Center for Soulful Relationships, my mission is to help people like you restore the sense of love and belonging in your life and your relationships, so you can feel happy, healthy, and whole again.

To help you on your path towards feeling a sense of love and belonging, I offer individual counseling to over functioning women who feel like failures in relationships, couples counseling workshops and retreats to couples who are deeply in love and want to reconnect with the love they share, and family therapy to families who are tired of frustration and slammed doors.

A deep sense of love and belonging is an irreducible need of all people. We are biologically, cognitively, physically, and spiritually wired to love, be loved, and to belong. When those needs are not met, we don’t function as we were meant to. We break. We fall apart. We numb. We ache. We hurt others. We get sick.

I offer virtual appointments, either via phone or online, to clients during office hours. My clients enjoy the flexibility this provides them to be able to actively participate in therapy, while still tending to the demands of their jobs.

The first step is to schedule your Get Acquainted Call via our online scheduler. At your selected appointment time you will receive a 15-minute phone call from me to learn more about your specific situation and how I can help. If we decide it is a mutually beneficial fit,  you will then be offered an appointment for an initial visit/assessment.
